EXCHANGE POLICY

Each Valda piece is crafted with special attention to detail and produced in limited quantity, reflecting our unique production philosophy. Our exclusive designs may not be restocked due to their niche production. Since all our pieces are handcrafted, they will have subtle variations, making them one-of-a-kind. As a result, the actual product may differ slightly in appearance from images seen on our website or social media.

We provide exchange under the following situations only:

a) Size issue: We will provide one free delivery in exchange only if you face a size issue.

b) Incorrect product:  If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, we will provide a free delivery in exchange.

c) Damage during transit: If the piece got damaged during transit, we will provide a free delivery exchange for the same product. d) Damaged product: If you receive a damaged product.

e) Exchange with other products: If you wish to exchange the product for any other Valda product in stock.

Conditions for exchanging a Valda piece are as follows:

a) Time frame: Exchange requests must be placed within five days of receiving the order, irrespective of non-working days, after which no exchange request will be accepted.

b)  Additional Delivery Charges:  The customer will bear any delivery charges for exchange request(s) after the first exchange.

c) Unboxing Video: Kindly share a mandatory video showcasing the damaged/different product during unboxing.

d) Website purchase: We will exchange the Valda piece only if it is bought from our website.

e) Stock Availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

The exchange request could be rejected under any of the following situations:

a) The piece is not damaged

b) Some other product is sent in place of the product requested for exchange.

c) If the order is sent for exchange without any prior information

d) If the product is sent for exchange without complete packaging accessories or damaged packaging.

Kindly note that international orders, custom orders, and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
