RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Return: Kindly note that each piece created at Valda is in limited stock; hence, we don’t accept returns. You can always exchange the piece for something different, and price adjustments will be made accordingly.

Cancellation:Once the order is placed and/or payment is made, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refund: Refunds are not provided in any situation except one, i.e. your package gets lost during transit which is a nearly impossible circumstance. In such a situation, we provide a refund in the source account or Valda account, whatever the customer desires or resend the same heel piece without any additional cost.

You will receive the refund between 3-7 working days.
