Return: Kindly note that each piece created at Valda is in limited stock; hence, our return window is only for five days (working or non-working) from the date you receive an order.
You can always exchange the piece for something different, and price adjustments will be made accordingly.

Cancellation:Once the order is placed and/or payment is made, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refund: Refunds are provided only in case of exchange (price adjustment), returns or in case of lost transit. In such a situation, we provide a refund in the source account or Valda account, whatever the customer desires.

Kindly note delivery charges (to and fro) are deducted while providing refund for every payment mode. This will be INR 200 for pre-paid orders and INR 300 for COD orders.

You will receive the refund between 3-7 working days.
