Exchange Policy

We provide exchange under the following situations only:
a) Size issue: We will provide one free delivery in exchange only if you face a size issue.
b) Incorrect product: If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, we will provide a free delivery in exchange.
c) Damage during transit: If the piece got damaged during transit, we will provide a free delivery exchange for the same product.
d) Damaged product: If you receive a damaged product.
e) Exchange with other products: If you wish to exchange the product for any other Valda product in stock.

Kindly note that international orders, custom orders, and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return: Kindly note that each piece created at Valda is in limited stock; hence, our return window is only for five days (working or non-working) from the date you receive an order.
You can always exchange the piece for something different, and price adjustments will be made accordingly.
Cancellation: Once the order is placed and/or payment is made, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refund: Refunds are provided only in case of exchange (price adjustment), returns or in case of lost transit. In such a situation, we provide a refund in the source account or Valda account, whatever the customer desires.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to all our customers in PAN India.
Orders are typically dispatched within two working days.
It usually takes 7-10 days for your order to reach its destination once it is in transit.
Please note that orders from Jammu & Kashmir or eastern India may take longer to arrive.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, any delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond Valda’s control.
